Customer service for requests for state-provided legal aid and state compensation for victims is available by calling the toll-free information line: 80001801 or in person at Raiņa Boulevard 15, Riga, where the building is equipped with a ramp for accessibility for people with mobility impairments and strollers.

The heads of the Court Administration Units receive visitors at Antonijas iela 6, Riga, on the first Monday of each month from 15.00 to 17.00. Visits must be booked by phone +371 67063800 or e-mail pasts@ta.gov.lv indicating the purpose of the visit.

Accessibility of the environment for people with reduced mobility

• The building at 6 Antonijas Street, Riga is equipped with a ramp/ramp for access for people with reduced mobility. Its entrance is monitored by surveillance cameras, which are monitored by a security guard who is instructed on how to use the lift inside the building to enable persons with reduced mobility to access the ground floor to the Chancellery and the lift.
