To be able to receive financial support, a person shall address the Court Administration of the Republic of Latvia by application, the form sample of which is determined by the Cabinet of Ministers.
The Court Administration of the Republic of Latvia within 14 days takes a decision on providing financial support, and in case of positive decision issues a letter of guarantee of payment for legal aid, provided by a foreign legal aid provider.
