Service requests
Individuals must connect to the system www.zemesgramata.lv under "Mani dati" with the single payment module. You must select the "Pieteikt manu īpašumu uzraudzību" section and subsection "Paziņojumi par iesniegtiem nostiprinājumu lūgumiem (bezmaksas)" and fill provided place with your e-mail adress.
For legal entities, an electronic service must be submitted in the form of an application, indicating the legal entity registration number and e-mail for receipt of the service:
1) by sending an e-mail to info@zemesgramata.lv;
2) by submitting to the Registry Court Administration.Receipt of services
Receive information of submitted documents in Land Register about owner real estate.
