Process description
Access request
To receive a username and password, the user must apply to the Court Administration providing: name, surname, personal identity number, address, grounds for obtaining access requisites and desired way of obtaining access requisites (whether arriving personally at the Court Administration or by mail).
The application may also be submitted electronically (such electronic document must be prepared in accordance with the regulatory enactments regarding the processing of electronic documents) by sending it to the official e-mail of the Court Administration.Receive access
For a natural person, the access to the portal is granted within five working days after receiving of a written application to the Court Administration.
For a legal entity - within five working days after signing of an agreement with the Court Administration.
