Process description

1. Submission of an application regarding the repayment of funds
   The application may be submitted to the Court administration by:
   1) by submitting an e-application on the home page of the Court administration
   2) by e-mail (such submission must be signed with a secure electronic signature and time stamp).
   3) personally in the Court administration
   4) by post
   5) electronically (via the www.latvija.lv portal)

2. Preparation of an opinion on the reimbursement of funds from accounts managed by the Court administr
   The Court administration shall draw up an opinion on the repayment of funds.

3. Repayment of funds
   The Court administration is making a refund of the funds.
