   Finding of immovable property using certain criteria (address, cadastre number, folio number, property name)

2. Authenitification
   Authentification to start payment procedure.

3. Payment for the service
   Payment for the service using the unified payment module.

4. Viewing Land Registry folio
   Person can view the Land registry folio.
